I am a level 72 wizard and have been having a rough time finding defense gear on the game. If some one knows where I can get decent defense gear other then arena ticket bought items I would be thankful.
Well, I would suggest you farm in Waterworks for the Level 60+ Waterworks gear. The hat gives +9% resistance, the robe gives +12% resistance and the boots give +7% resistance so that would equal a total of 28% Resistance. Btw, the Arena gear has the -100% mana for a reason. The reason why it has -100% mana because Kingsisle wants to make sure that gear is limited to the arena only (since you don't need mana for PvP). And if you try to use the PvP gear outside of the Arena, the only things you'll be able to cast is anything that doesn't require mana such as some blades, shields, and other stuff.
