The cloak has weaker health probably buff that a little and take down about a hundred to the hood other then that its pretty good except also blocking criticals is nice too and armor piercing.
That makes me nervous. I'm a NECROMANCER and i've been defeated by my friend Zachary (sorcerer) too many times and his armor is level 60 armor and he's level 80! He scares me! lol if he got a hold of that armor....... Beware of Zachary, Spiral!
