Dark Sprite, other low level spells, and design

Spells like Dark Sprite are intended for use when very low level. They're useful then. They are worthless at about level 10.

Yet the mobs in places like Mooshu and Dragonspyre are still casting them.

With all the other improvements that this game has undergone over the years, I really think it's time that the worlds from Wizard City to Dragonspyre were revamped.

The mobs all need a redesign of their spell decks:

Levels need to be adjusted - when the game first came on line, level 50 was max and you hit dragonspyre around level 40. Now, if you do all the side quests, you hit dragonspyre around 55 or 56 and just walk over every boss, much less all the mobs.

The types of spells need to be readjusted. From Celestia on, the mobs pretty much stick to their school. From wizard city to Dragonspyre, the mobs not only don't stick to their own school, they don't stick to anything. It's as if the original designers said "we need to do damage, let's use this spell" and just picked a fire or storm spell out of thin air.

And plot holes need to be filled. For example, we chase Malistair to Dragonspyre in order to stop him from summoning the dragon titan, but the titan is perched on top of the volcano, looking over the city and very much awake. If he's already there and awake, why does Malistair need to summon him? He even watches you as you stop Malistair from summoning him.
