I was thinking that there are several may cast healing options on pets like fairy and unicorn. Wouldn't it be cool to have may cast rebirth? I was thinking that since rebirth is a big healing spell it would be hard to get and that it should only be found on life pets to make it a little more challenging. Maybe there could be another pet snack that helps specifically to get may cast rebirth ( sort of like the pixie stixs but those help may cast heals in general ). Any thoughts or improvements? Thanks! - Gabrielle Silversword

That would be a desirable talent indeed. Maybe a little too much to be honest. Also, I don't know where your info came from but unfortunately the type of snacks you feed your pet has absolutely no effect on what talents it will manifest. The talents are pre-determined at hatch. The only effect snacks will have is the amount of time it takes you to level up.

For some talents, the type of snacks can effect the degree of the talent, but nothing can change what is going to manifest. Maybe that's her confusion?
If a pet is going to manifest Defy or Proof, feeding snacks that max out Strength, Agility and Power would be beneficial. That would max the amount of resist when Defy or Proof manifested. But it doesn't change what manifests. . .

please do not spread misinformation.
a pet's talents are predetermined at birth, depending on the gene pools of the parents, and no snack or game or *insert quick fix here* will change that.
also, may cast rebirth would be majorly overpowered. might come in handy for pve, but imagine the crying in pvp, should this ever become a reality (since they don't seem to do much over there, except gloat after beating someone several ranks/levels lower and cry about how this, that, and the other thing is overpowered).

Absolutly correct. Speaking of the degree of talent...I've had pets that I've continued to train after they've reached Mega. I have a Phoenix with Fire-assailant talent which gave a 25% critical boost. When it manifested Steadfast, a "selfish" talent, at Mega it increased the max Agility by +40. By training it up after reaching Mega I re-maxed out the Agility and gained an additional +2 to the critical boost - which is now 27%. Not a huge difference but that 2% may be a life saver some day. So what seemed like a fail really wasn't.

That's rating, not %.
Critical pet talents add from 1% to 7%, depending on the level of the wizard equipping the pet. The higher the level of the wizard, the less critical boost from the pet.
Sorry about the incorrect information! A few friends had told me that the pixie stixs from mirror lake help get may cast heals on a pet. I should have confirmed that before posting it on the message boards. Sorry again!
MC Rebirth is WAY too strong, even MC Satyr would be too strong (though that one would be more reasonable that MC Rebirth). MC Sprite Swarm would certainly be a more fair option
