KI should really make more of wizard city a free to play area. it's kinda funny that when i signed up for this, the site stated "free to play", but it's not really free to play. it's more like here's a trial to level 10, and after that.. you need to pay, (or very WoW like). either way, free to play is false advertising.

well kingly did say up to a certain point free to play and you needed mom or dad permission before playing so that not false advertising
and truthfully you can get higher then level 10 you can get up to level 20 at lest by doing winter band spiral cup and the other things like that then you guys can play pvp for free and play house game and so on till you get a membership or buy a area

so i think it fine
A) it does not say free to a point, B) i am the parent, with a subscription, but C) play this game when you have multiple players in the same household that you are paying for. and yes, you will bring up the fact that KI has family discounts, but that does nothing to help when you have a sub and a friend does not and you want to play together. there, i think that just shot down your the entirety statement

1. It's not a trial because you can play for free as long as you want 2. "free to play" is not false advertising because they kept their word you can PLAY for FREE you just can't access CERTAIN areas without paying.

people have asked before, to make all of Wizard City free. The last time I saw it debated, it was a hot debate for a while
You can't expect a game to be completely free. They need money to keep the game running, with no money the game would get shut down. I have played 2 other computer games that got shut down from not having enough money. "Free to play" is not false advertising. They did not say "Free to play in every area of the game".
