Don't get me wrong, I think Wizard101s graphics, textures and details are suitable and nice to look upon at times. But looking at Pirate101, I can see the difference. I know it was made almost 5 years later and the hardware used to design the game was probably better, but does anyone think it's possible to not necessarily upgrade the graphics, but to polish things up, if ya know what I mean? Make things look cleaner, sharper, maybe more detailed. Round things appear more round, less like polygons perhaps. As someone who likes to explore and go back to look around and revisit old places I've already completed, I see this as a must have for the future! If Polaris comes out on Wizard101 I'm sure it will look really neat, perhaps following a Pirate101-like design of things. But whatever KI chooses to do, I hope they do it well.

You can notice they have upped the graphics in recent worlds, but I do agree, it would be very nice.
A lot of hard work, but worth it in the long run.

I must quote the great Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz to best sum up my opinion on this matter.

"I have an intense, burning indifference."

There are plenty of games out there with extremely detailed graphics that I don't play. This is the only online game I play often (almost every day), the only one I have a subscription to, and the only one I've ever spent money on.

The lack of rounder round things or more highly detailed other things is something I've not really noticed nor cared about.

Yeah, I have noticed, and I think it's good..but even Azteca (which I regard as the most visually beautiful) is "dull" compared to the basic worlds in Pirate101. I don't play Pirate101 but from seeing other people, I can also see the difference.

Yeah, and there's nothing wrong with that, but still. I'm just offering up an idea to KI that has been offered plenty of times before, but in my own words.

I agree with you that the game does look aged, that being said....

Wizard101, in high detail and texture, still looks breath taking. Walking around Ravenwood still has the same nostalgia every time I rush to get my next school spell. KI did an amazing job creating a very beautiful game. The lighting is spectacular, the colors are vibrant, and the atmosphere feels alive.

I don't have a problem with the detail of the textures of the past worlds. However I think the spells could use a reboot in design. You ever look at the fire dragons feet? Yikes.
