Everything you said I can live with EXCEPT the minions. Myth specializes with minions, so it's like saying no more heals, shields, or dot spells. Minions are a huge part of my strategy (except for storm and death) no matter what school I choose.
please nooooooooo! using tc higher level takes skill using tc outside of your school is the real problem better version: you can use tc as high level as you want in pvp as long as it is your school for example make it so level 1 ice can still use mammoth if he weirdly gets enough pips but make it so he cannot use wild bolt kraken ghoul or lightning bats tc

Minions and treasure cards are easy to counter.
On to minions. Losing my minions would severely hinder my strategy in PvP. I use them to distract and hurt the enemy and they're quite useful. I see no reason to remove them from PvP. I've been defeated using minions in a 1v1 because the players I faced know what to do when facing someone who used minions. They killed them as soon as they were summoned and forced me to summon more minions.
I always keep a few enchanted rank three spells in my side deck for this exact reason. The minions are easily killed and the opponent wastes pips summoning more.
Treasure cards are also easy to counter. The simple solution is to shield when your opponents pips are high. It will take the brunt out of most spells and if you're lucky they won't be able to follow up with another attack spell for a little bit, allowing you to heal off what damage you did take.
Now, as for only learning spells that you've learned with training points, I'd like to state that it would not work. My level 10 gets matched up with level 30s and level 40s quite a bit. Without treasure cards, I would have no chance of winning. People say level up, but I'd risk facing privates that are level 50s and such, so that path doesn't work. Quite frankly, I'd say, keep the treasure cards as they are. They're needed for lower level Warlords to succeed.
Honestly, on the issue about treasure cards, I'm all for level capping as long as it doesn't hinder the higher level opponent too much. Say for example, I'm on my level 10 Warlord. I want a tc level cap of three ranks above the lowest level's highest spell. So that would mean that spells up to rank six would be allowed. I can't see this hindering me, as I rarely even use spells above rank four, but it would also allow my opponent a chance to use higher level spells to help them in their fight. I'd consider it a fair duel if I won or if the opponent won. It is possible for them to win using only rank six and under spells.
On my level 47 Ice I Sergeant, this wouldn't effect me much. I'd be allowed up to rank 9 spells and again, fair is fair. I'd consider it a good fight, win or lose.
