How about there's a lvl 30, 60 & 90 wand that give varying powerful versions.
Wand of Rotten Ghouls - Gives 1 pip, 1 Ghoul & 6 Minor Drains. Lvl 30+. Vampiric Blade of Evil - Gives 1 power pip, 1 pierce, 20 block, 10 crit, 1 Vampire & 6 Major Drains. Lvl 60+. Scythe of Unliving - Gives 1 power pip, 4 pierce, 80 block, 40 crit, 1 Wraith & 6 Immortal Drains. Lvl 90+.
Minor Drain - 50 damage and heal half, 0 pips, death spell. Major Drain - 100 damage and heal half, 0 pips, death spell. Immortal Drain - 150 damage and heal half, 0 pips, death spell.
