After the next world is released (not the current one in beta/test realm) and the level cap is increased to 100, I presume that at that point the second story arc will finish (50 levels/5 worlds with Malistaire, same with Morganthe.)

You have to go back in time for some reason, and everything looks older (possibly darker/gloomier?). The death school is still there. You should probably have to go into the death school and do something with it. It also shows why it has fallen when it falls later on.
