Missing something.

Not sure where I missed a step but I have not had a quest to fight Mika Skarka. Who or where do you get that one? (I thought I finished Mooshu.)

The quest you need is called "Positively Absolutely". This link to one of the fansites give details on it:

On that link, you can check the "prequests" needed to get to it. Hope this helps.
