I just got into Krokotopia, I gave Bartleby the potion and then talked to the lizard at the start of the world. He gave me a quest to talk to Sergeant Major Talbott. However, when I did so He didn't have anymore quests for me, I looked around and I can't seem to find the quest he was supposed to give me (Digging in the Dirt). Did I miss something? Last time I was in Krokotopia with one of my other chars there wasn't a required level but did they change it so there is now? Please Help.
