idk if some people players from wizard101 has played runescape or not but they have this nice security system they added to their game called authenticator from google and it helps hackers from getting on your account with 6 digit code that allows only the user who entered it on their own phone or laptop whatever they use and it has helped a lot of people accounts from getting stolen or hacked, now if they game had it i am sure a lot of people would say why do we need it well i think its a nice extra piece of security from having you account stolen and i have been with this game for 6 and a half years i am pretty sure if anyone else that has been on that long or so would agree that they don't want to randomly wake up or get hacked from an unknown party or whatever, i know i wouldn't but if Wizard101 had authenticator it would be awesome.

i don't know about that; my ex had some serious issues with the authenticator he used for world of warcraft~ the application glitched and he ended up losing his account because his code would not work and he couldn't reset it without the old code.
i'm not willing to pay the same price~ i've put too much work into my accounts to have them compromised by something that supposedly protects it.
the only failsafe is internet safety. it's your best friend, if you know what you're doing.

Agreed! over 4 1/2 years of play to be lost due to a glitch is just not acceptable, and is quite possible as you've shown.
