Listen, facing Doctor Jackall(and, sure enough, Mr. Hound at the same time) in Marleybone's Barkingham Palace's Rooftop was a really fun & challenging fight, but I have noticed he doesn't have a Second Chance Chest after we defeat him.

1. Is the boss in question at the end of a long instance? Well, getting to Dr. Jackall was quite an adventure after getting past his own lackeys, so, yes, he is at the end of that long instance. Check!
2. Does the boss in question have unique loot? I've read that he drops the Mace of Noble Conquest, & that properly does count as his own unique loot drop, one that is very relative to that Dungeon, so, yes, he does have unique loot! Check!
That's the survey for Dr. Jackall to receive his SCC! Hope you can grant that crazed scientist his SCC sometime soon.
