New Utility Spells!

If there is going to be a third arc,(which there is), we'll need some new awesome utility spells to get us along the way!First is our defensive spells:

Dual-Tower: -35% incoming to next 2 spells to a single target: 1 pip/ 20 levels after learning legion shield
Tri-Tower: -25% incoming to next 3 spells to a single target: 2 pips/ 25 levels after learning dual-tower

Next is all our offensive spells, which include blades, traps, and spears:

Balance Spear: +10% pierce to next outgoing spell: 0 pip/ Level 80-85, when other spear spells are learnt
Dual Spear: +8% pierce to next 2 outgoing spells: 1 pip/ Level 98-105
Tri-Spear: +5% pierce to next 3 outgoing spells: 2 pips/ Level 105-110

Twin-Blade: +20% outgoing damage to next 2 spells: 1 pip/ 50 levels after learning balance blade
Tri-Blade: +15% outgoing damage to next 3 spells: 2 pips/ Level 100+

Hex's Twin: +25% incoming to next 2 spells: 1 pip/ 25 levels after learning hex
Tri-Trap: +15% incoming to next 3 spells: 2 pips/ Level 100+

Mass Feint: +40% incoming to all enemies & +75% incoming on self: 2 pips/ Level 75+
Blight: -35% incoming to a single target: 0 pip/ Level 60+
Contagion: -25% incoming to all enemies: 1 pip/ Level 85+

Flaming Daggers: +20% to next 3 fire spells: 2 pips/ Level 70+
Charred Lances: +15% pierce to next 3 outgoing fire spells: 2 pips/ Level 100+
Rising From the Ashes: 120+ 880 over 3 rounds : 6 pips/ Level 85+

Legend's Twin: +30% to next 2 incoming spells: 1 pip/ Level 35
Asgardian Pike/ Valhalla's Saber: +15% pierce to next 3 spells: 2 pips/ Level 100+
Augment of the Titans/ Mythic Fuel: +25% to next 3 incoming spells: 2 pips/ Level 75+
Glorious Revival: 50, 150, 650:5 pips/ Level 85+

Rejuvenate: +35% incoming to a single target: 0 pip/ Level 50+
Revitalize: +25% incoming to all friends: 1 pip/ Level 75+

Enchant Spear: +5% to 1 pierce charm: 0 pip/ Level 100+
Enchant Shield: +10% to 1 shield charm 0 pip/ Level 100+

With all of these marvelous new utility spells I believe the card number capacity for decks should be raised:

lvl.15: max 25 cards
lvl.20: max 30 cards
lvl.25: max 35 cards
lvl.30: max 40 cards

Why no ice heal or a offensive spell? Also plz don't say we don't need one because of our resist and health because have u seen the pierce everyone has in this game and ice does not have any type of heal and fire has at least some type : link power link which they can just crit and the heal crits with it.
