I completed the Ironworks and just had to talk to Baxter inside the dungeon. I got to where he was supposed to be located and he wasn't there. I left the dungeon and came back to find him still not there. I tried to come back 15 min later using a marked location, but it wouldn't let me back in. I still have a quest saying that I need to talk to Baxter inside of Ironworks. Please help. Katie Smith level 34
