High level characters, low level mobs - a fix

There is a problem with high level characters. They overpower everything on lower level worlds.

Since the game now has the ability to assign stats, cards, and schools to equipment based on the level and class of the character getting the equipment, how about expanding that to include the mobs.

This would work like this:

The first round of a battle, the game would look at the level of the players in the battle, make a note of all player levels and then adjust the attacks for each mob to fit any players that were more than 5 levels higher than the mob attacking.

Every round after that, the mobs would attack higher level players as if they were a higher level mob, but would not attack as a higher level mob when facing the lower level players.

if a new player entered the battle (player ports in, gets caught, enters on purpose), the game would check the new entrant's level right then and make appropriate notes.

The game would not adjust down for players whose level is lower than what the world is designed for

An example of how this would work for those that can't visualize:

Assume that the world that the battle is taking place on is designed for level 30 to 45
Assume that two level 35's are in battle with 3 level 40 mobs.
Assume that one of the two level 35's calls in their level 80 friend.

The second that the level 80 friend enters the battle, the game checks his level, and makes notes, then adds a fourth level 40 mob to the battle.

Thereafter, each round, when the 4 level 40 mobs attack the 2 level 35s, they do so normally. No adjustments. But when they get to the level 80 they suddenly take on the stats, attacks, and abilities of a level 80 to 90. They attack as if designed for a level 80 to 90 world. The level 80 player can't just walk in and trash the boss, finish the quest, and make life a cake walk for the level 35 that called for help. The level 80 now has an appropriate challenge for his powers.

(AOE attacks would also need to be adjusted so that the level 35's didn't get hit with high level damage but the level 80 did)

This solves all the abuses that go on with high levels power leveling low levels.
It also makes it possible for high levels to go back to low level worlds and play while still having a challenge.
