I think it would be so awesome if we were able to give houses from one wizard to another so if we want to delete a wizard we don't lose our houses,the same would go for no trade items too so we don't lose them either.

Not going to happen... KI has stated as much just within the last week or so. Please search for previous posts since everything you've asked today has been covered many, many times.
