Conviction at magus

with the new critical update critical seems to be balance out a little more at max level. but what happens to the people who are not max? conviction was used in second age so magus could have a chance at blocking offering a very good chance at blocking. but now with the new update conviction is meaningless at magus. magus struggles to even get passed 1.4 when grand can get 2000 in a breeze. one of the reason is critical. on top of having better resist and damage grands have critical and normally about 24% which is about a quarter of the time for all heals and hits. where conviction gives 20% block making it one fifth of a chance to block their criticals. convictions only last 4 turns so if they hit you every round and critical every round the odds are you won't even block one. it is become useless to use and incredibly hard to rank.
