Retired bundles, do they return?

I'm still new to the scene and all, and a search didn't find the answer. Do retired bundles ever return?

If not, could it be considered for special or limited time events, such as the holiday season (December time period)?

From a sales point perspective, it could boost sales because people that want it would swarm to get it when it's available before it's gone again. Disney has been doing something like this for years with certain classic movies of their, where it's available for a limited time and then isn't available anymore for a few years. It obviously works for them and it encourages buying something highly desired instead of thinking "oh it'll be around for awhile."

From a players perspective, those who are new to the game and missed out on something that they would have bought (such as myself) would have a chance to get what they would have gotten had they been around sooner. For it to not be available to the new players is almost like a punishment for not playing sooner.

So, if retired bundles aren't already circulated back to life from time to time, please consider it.

The Massive Fantasy Castle and the Sultan's Palace made a return to the Crowns Shop for House-a-Paloosa. It wasn't the full bundle, but the houses themselves were available.

A complete retired Bundle does not return after a retirement however, during special yearly sales, KI will add pieces of the Bundle to the Crown Shop at discounted prices. This has happened in the past Pet-a-palooza and House-a-palooza (KI does a yearly palooza sale, which slashes the prices of crowns shop items from 20-50% off. It's a very popular event).
