I feel like I ignore my pet. I don't interact with it in the game as much as I would like to. Nowhere in the emote interface can I see any pet interaction options.
It'd be nice if after fights we give our pets a big hug instead of stand there dancing. We don't even look at it!
Maybe even an option to hug or pet our pets in the emote interface? They deserve some attention!
Here's a couple cool things you can do with your pets that are wandering around your house.
1. Put all your pets in one area, then do the emote "Dance." All your pets will start dancing and you have an instant dance party. Pretty funny to watch.
2. Try the emote "Scold" on a pet in your house. Your pet will react to being scolded.
3. I think there is one more emote that will make your pet do stuff, but I can't remember what it is.
Other than that, there is a Pet section in Menu Chat that allows you to say "Good girl or boy" to your pet when they do something good.
sounds like a cute and cool idea, but its already hard enough to take care of plants. I don't need pets too. I hope they don't leave if they get too sad!
Yea! I pay SO much attention to pets that when I play wizard101, I think "Wow, my pet needs some love and care". And if feelings were applied, they could only change feelings when you are online, and that should apply to plants too (Once I went on a big break due to wi-fi issues and I came back and all my plants were dead, so I didn't get amber).
When you go into your house they come up to you. They love you and that's what matters. There is although a section called you and your pet in hottest topics. That may help you. :)
