I think major dungeon and boss areas should have higher difficulty level options. The first time through the areas would be as they currently are now, but after you beat them you would then be given the option to replay them at moderate and difficult setting levels. Such areas would be like the fight with Malistair (orginally that fight was much harder and then it was nerfed), Water Works, the Clock Tower, and the various other towers (many of which have been nerfed down from their original difficulty and cheating levels). Basically the higher you choose the difficulty when going in the more advanced the drops will become.
