I just realized something. You know how storm is like thunder and lightning and stuff, well, i just realized that storms accuracy is the lowest because if lightning hits you you can die but it is very unlikely to hit you. Since it is unlikely, thats where the accuracy comes from. Same with fire.

I guess that's one way of looking at it. :) Storm and Fire have the highest fizzle rate and lowest life because their spells are the strongest, stand-alone spells. (that means without the use of blades/traps)
