Ok, i love the wyvern mount but seriously, what is the chance of getting it? Its like a 0.001% chance ive spent at least 30 dollers on crowns and i have not gotten 1 mount at all!

It's entirely random; there is no way to increase your chances, sorry.

Sorry, but you only ever had a very-slim chance at the mount.
Mounts in packs are classified as Ultra Rare, meaning that your odds of getting one are less than 5%. You are made aware of this before purchasing (it's right on the website), so I don't understand why so many people are complaining.
FYI: Your odds reset every time you buy a pack. This means that, if your odds are 1/100, you aren't guaranteed a mount for every 100 packs you buy.
Some of us are very lucky, and others are not. Sounds like you need to lay off a bit and let your/your parents' wallet recover... In the future, save your crowns and spend them wisely, young wizard.
If I had 10 gold for every time I saw a post like this.... :D The chances of getting a Mount are the same every time you buy a pack. There is never any guarantee that you will receive a Mount from a Crowns Pack, etc., etc.... It doesn't take into account how many Packs you've already bought, etc., etc....
