What level of crafter are you? If you "just started' then you will have to go begin in Krokotopia -> marleybone -> mooshu -> dragon sypre -> celestia -> zafaria.
You must have "Legendary Artisan" to craft the recipes Shane McG. the Leprechaun dude gives. If you have just started, then you have a long way to go. Wizard City all the way to Zafaria crafting. Good luck! :)
