And I just came up with another one. LOL. Balance Hydra: 600 Balance Damage; One Hit; 5 Pips; One target.

Erm.....Chimera? That essentially is the Spirit Hydra you are talking about. And most of the Balance spells do just balance damage, so a Balance hydra would be a bit pointless.
