lvl 1s will buy it for there first month then terriorize pvp with the "chi" dragons maybe it can be a blade of some sort
the name could be based on school chi blade with school being your school of magic in its japanese form ( not bad add a little culture to a spell) and the blade will be +100% to owners school of magic ( or maybe ya can pick 1 of the chi blades when ya redeem it idk)

Well perhaps for PVP, they can be banned. They've done it for other items i recall, Doing so here shouldn't be a problem. Or just banning the use of the spell itself. They can keep the dragon, just not use the spell.
i think you should get the spell but if you under lvl 40 u must wait and lvl to use it will fizzle and instead of saying "fizzle" it says "you are not the appropriate lvl, young wizard"
