I got my Master Artisan badge, I dont know who is next to see to start on my grandmaster artisan badge. Please help! Thank You :)
The Seal of the Seven Seas is given out by the NCP standing on the beach to your left as you enter the Floating Land. You can access this prior to having access if you have someone who does and you port to them. Knowing some of the ingredients were rare to find I got a jump on it early and I had to finish it to be able to do other crafts I was more interested in.
