Whether it be equivalent to Spectral Blast, or a new spell implemented later on, is not up to me. I'd prefer it to be a rank 4 card considering we already have Chimera. It just feels like Balance should have Spiritual Blast, despite that sounding demanding or selfish. Also,this post was intentionally non-informative. If it gets more replies, I'll expand on why I think Balance deserves this spell. Any opinions?
