I just bought my new house and I wanteds to switch my dorm rooms items to my new house. But the button that I am suppose to click is grey and wont let me pick up my housing items. I have tryed to buy housing items and see if that will let me click the housing button but it didnt. What shall I do next?

The best way to move to another home is to open the furniture button while in the dorm room and then move everything to your attic, then at the new home click on the furniture button there and move the items as you want place them to your backpack. If your backpack is full you will not be able to move items.
