Error problem

I have been having problems with the system of wizard 101, for some reason, wherever I go no matter where i get the error that I cant connect with wizard 101. So I waited one hour to maximize my chances of sucess with getting back on and there it is again, that same error. I didnt know what to do then and I accidentally pressed one of the arrows to walk, and sure enough, I walked. I was surprised when this happened so i closed it and waited untill the next day to start again. The next day came and i tried playing wizard 101 again. Guess whos back, the error. I could walk fine and almost every step i took made the screen darker, which ment more of these pop-ups. I would like to know how to get rid of it or if someone else can, or just whats going on. Thank you for your concerns. Life wizard level 54 Nathan Deathflame. 8)

In order to assist you, you will need to contact our support team by sending an email to support@wizard101.com with the following information:

->the account name
->the character name(s)
->as much information about what you encountered as you can, including error messages or screenshots
->a DXDIAG *

NEVER send us:
->your password
->your full credit card information

*A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.

The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved.
