Alright, so I had restarted my PC, and Wizard101 was deleted from my desktop, so I tried to re-install it.

It said: "Problem 123-
Solution 123, Reset Proxy server and uncheck LAN settings. After that, re-check it then Restart your computer"

So, i did that. Same problem... I unistalled Wizard101, and re-installed it. After that, the problem didn't pop up, but it cannot reach the "Total Progress" bar.

The "File Progress" bar just keeps reloading the "Patching: ...a/Equipment-WorldData.wad" over and over and over again...

K.I., please help, it's getting very annoying, it says it should take 3 to 5 minutes to complete, yet at the rate it is going, it won't even make it in 3 to 5 years. :(

Our support team can help you but you need to contact us at support@wizard101.com - you can only contact us through email, and when you contact support, please ensure that you give us:
->the account name
->the character name
->your dxdiag file (see below)
->as much information about what you encountered as you can, including error messages or screenshots

NEVER send us:
->your password
->your full credit card information

The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
