Hello wizards, I just got 10,000 crowns from a gift card and decided to buy something from the crowns shop. Upon opening the crowns shop, I experience the usual lag for a minute or two than the whole game closes out and either restarts the computer or just brings it too a gross looking screen . I also should put that the computer I am playing on does not have a video card but yet still plays Wizard101. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Thanks. :-)

Yes, you probably need to update your video/graphics drivers..... A lot of the newer computers don't have the so called video card any more. The are integrated into the chips.
