This evening, I was able to log on to the game and play all of my wizards except for my Pyromancer, Scarlet Ravensong. Each time I tried to play her, I got a message that said the game is very busy, and then a failure to connect to the game server. However, I could immediately choose another wizard, go into the game, and play with no problems.
Would you please investigate the situation? Scarlet really needs to get back to Zamunda ASAP.
