Hello: I got to Level 64 and already completed all Celestia quests, but when I go to Inyanga Whitestripes to get the Astral Spell quest (per recent update information), she doesn't have the question mark or anything for me to talk to her.
So how do I start Astral Weeks? Is there another Celestia quest given in Zafaria that I have yet to do? I'm still in Zamunda. Thanks.
to be able to learn the astral quest you have to be able to have access to zamunda. there you will be able to get the quest and after completing the quest you will be able to learn them.
