The quest "To the Solarium!" take you to the Crustacean Empire. As soon as you enter, the quest is completed. Also Edith Benchley's dialogue says "solarium" also. Wizard101 Wiki reports this as a major typo, but the dialogue is also in error.
I presume the storyline wants us to begin the Crustacean Empire phase. The quest just before To the Solarium! has you fitting portal pieces into the Solarium portal, so that tells us where the Solarium is. But minutes later To the Solarium! then takes us elsewhere.
