Redeemed Card, But No Pet

I know that there were other threads about this issue, but I cannot see any dates on those posts.

I redeemed the card yesterday, 11/1/11, but did not get my pet. This is my CVS $20 card with a green cyclops. I wanted the November version of it.

I put in a bug report through the contact us option, but I thought I'd see if I could get help here if possible.

Thank you. I'll try checking back tomorrow to see if there has been a response since I am at work most of the night.

Also, I just noticed my birth date was wrong on my account. I'll need to see if I can fix that soon also.

Some of the November prepaid card pets got held up in customs, and should be in your Gift Window the next time you log in to Wizard101.
