no jack ?

Professors...

my legendary can not get Jack Hallow to acknowledge her.

no exclamation mark over his head or
question marks and
no dialogue box to say press X
but my other two wizards
have no problem in getting quest...

can you explain this rude behavior of Jack Hallow?
or is this Jack's rude Halloween joke?

Already explained, young Wizard.
If you completed his quests in a previous year on your character, you cannot repeat them this year.
