"You call this easy" quest - No quest helper!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but ..

I'm stuck in DragonSypre with the "You call this easy?" quest where you have to reach the fleshless tower.The arrow disappeared and the map is totally useless.

Okay, before you guys ask me if I turned off the quest helper, I didn't. 1OO% sure of it.
The quest arrow seems WORKS for any other quest of mine except this one.

Is it only me? Any body had the same issue? Please respond, any help is greatly appreciated.

The arrow can sometimes not work correctly.

Use your map to find Orin Grimcaster.

use M on keyboard or map button
you can see where you are on it

Some quests are a chalange and say "Quest helper not allowed". This fustrates me too. But sometimes you just stroll along and accidentaly find it XD or look for some blue lights. Thats all the advice i have for you so far.
