Interesting idea, but I'm not sure how useful it could be.

Uh...this looks familiar, but whatever. I (obviously) like this idea.
Fire-Disenchant-remove one heal over time effect from target-1 pip 100% accuracy
Nice! I'd want this, but I'm not sure how useful this would be.
Life-Shield of Faith-100% next incoming damage spell-3pips-100% accuracy
Bump it up to 4 pips (this spell is powerful!) and I'm okay with it.
Myth-Power portal-Summon a minion of myth per pip (1-14)-Rank X-100% accuracy
This is just a Myth version of Animate. You can do better than that.
Death-Leach-Steal 1 healing over time effect from target-2 pips-100% accuracy
I'm not a big fan of this one. The name doesn't make a whole lot of sense and I'm not sure it'll be useful. Maybe it should be like steals 350 HP from target or something along those lines.
Balance-Expel-Dispel next outgoing spell of any school-3 pips-100% accuracy.
Eh...I'd stick with Elemental and Spiritual Dispel. When I see this, all I can think is using it when I think the target's gonna attack and it turns out they were casting a charm and attack me anyway.
Final Thoughts: Some of these spells need work, but for the most part you have some pretty good ideas.
