On the Rooftops?

Why do the streets in Marleybone take place on the rooftops. If you've been in Regent's Square, you know that the streets in Marleybone would have been better o the ground rather than on the top of the roofs. If it was on the ground there wouldn't be a sidewalk problem. Then again, the rooftops is more creative and makes more sense with the burgalars.

I've always thought of it as a way to catch the sneak thieves that use the roof...those doing the evil.

Have you watched Mary Poppins? That was based in London too and the chimney sweeps are on the roof. It makes the game more interesting than having all of the worlds on the ground.

Why would robbers walk in through the front door? They are trying to sneak through the window so we have to go up high to catch them.
