We've just discovered that they're not dropping at a high enough rate, and we will be adjusting this rate in the future.
Until then, give the poor bosses a break and continue with your adventures in the Spiral. We will let you know when the drop rate has been reset.
Since then it has been 16 and a half months since KingsIsle said they would address the issue, and we have not heard word back yet, I am hoping that Professor Drake, Prospector Zeke, or Professor Greyrose can assist us with getting this promise fixed, or issue an apology (much like with the release of GH and no Cap increase apology).
I am a patient man, but since that time there have been 3 new sets of wings released, and Permanent mounts have NOT been given as battle or quest rewards. Since the release of mounts in October 2009 there were special mounts that you had said you would have as Boss Exclusives.
When will we see Permanent Mounts be available as drops? When will you fix the Wings Drop Rate so they will drop? Please, KingsIsle, answer the question this time!
