I do not have this quest and I need it to get the book to complete book quest given by boris tallstaff. I cannot talk to susie to help her rescue her brother any suggestions?
If you started some quests on Triton Avenue already, one of them will lead you to the quest that goes to Susie and helping her brother.
Open your Quest Log file, and see if you have "any" quests left to do in Triton Avenue. If you do, finishing them may get you moving forward to Susie.
If not, you might want to check out the fansite at Wizard101Central.com. They have lists of quests for each area / world.
