pip o'plenty talent bug

I just leveled my Christmas Elf to Adult and got PIP O'PLENTY that says it gives +2% power pip boost. But on my character display, if I hover over the Power Pip boost, it says that my elf only gives +1%.

I feel cheated!

Something similar happened to me.
When I levled my orthrus to teen I got the pip o'plenty talent for 1% power pip chance. And it displayed and worked properly. When I leveled bandit (orthrus) up to adult the talent went up to 2%! But it only says it gives my 1% bonus from Bandit and the pip chance did not change!

I never noticed that on my satyr. I'll check that out next time i go on.

I have same problem, my Burninator gives 2% power pips at adult but when I check my stats it says it gives 1% power pips... mostly likely a bug?

my spider golem is supposed to have 5% but gives 4%... I sent in a ticket, lol.
