If you fought Malistaire, go see Merle Ambrose and you can start Celestia. You can also go back and find some sidequests in various areas in DS, or you can quest in Grizzleheim (not much XP though).

if your level 49 and finished dragonspyre you should be ready for celestia go see headmaster ambrose and follow his quest from there
