I recently became the proud parent of a mythzilla and now I can, apparently, no longer hatch with anyone. Is there a limit to hatching?

There is no limit. Just like crafting you have a cooldown time. I think you have to wait one day to hatch again.

On your main character sheet, use the tab on the right (crafting timers) and look at the bottom slot (it is the time left till you can hatch again.
