Due to Low Level PVP abuse, we lost the ability to Trade or Auction Polymorph Treasure Cards. They probably will not be changing this. I would like to see it so Lower Levels in CL (1-45) cannot join in CL grade battles so that they could restore the Polymorph drops.
I suppose if you want Polymorph Ninja early, you can either become an Adept/Master Artisan (Crafting it) or an Expert/Adept Gardener (Deadly Ninja Fig gives them)
Other than that, good luck, but I doubt highly that KingsIsle will reallow the Trading / Auctioning of Polymorphs, due to how much WHINING was going on in PVP.
