death would be a lot more potent if you got all the health you steal not just half. just putting it out there.

But thats the point! If you got all the health back death would be like 2 schools combined.

Ex.
Say you used the Scarecrow Spell. 600 to all emenies, and half of that to heal. Each Player! that already a wopping total of 1200 heath to your self. If you add a Feint, curse, Death blade and whatever boost your clothing gives you, Thoses numbers aren't on my keyboard.

Just puting it out there!

Well, there has to be some challenge to this, and that would do away with the challenges.

I will say that the 58 death spell should have the 50/50 split on it. As it is a one target spell, that would put it on par with the others.

Death school can be kind of stinky at the beginning. Even though you get your blade and trap early, the increase is not much. Take Ghoul. 160 damage, get 80 back. Now put on Death blade, 160 * 1.4 or 224, get 112 back. You got only 32 more health back and it cost you another turn. Then you watch a Storm cast Lightening Bats, maybe unbladed too, and does some major damage. Then you get Banshee which does not give health back. But fear not, when you get to Vampire, things start to kick in, and when you get Scarecrow, do it right, you can walk away from most battles with full health. Lets take a look at Scarecrow, and assume no clothes boosts or shields. 400 damage to all, get half back. Lets say you manage to only get a Death Blade on (and you are doing it wrong if that's all you manage to do). So now its 1.4 * 400. But say you are fighting four monsters, so you get 4 * 1.4 * 400 *0.5 health back, or 1120. That is without Death Trap, Curse, or Feint. Good times are a coming! Its the multiplication factor of Death Blade. Its not add 40, its add 40 percent. The blade doesn't do much with small hits, but does a lot with big hits, and, you get half back!

At some point you won't want to fight with other Death wizards because you both want all that health back. The trick is to let the necromancer with more damage do the hit.

But the best part is we don't have to use training points to get Feint .

The worst is getting past Malistaire. With out prisms you are dead in the water. With prisms you own him.

The new level 58 death spell STINKS!! 8 pips for that?? PVP isn't even fun anymore with the new enhancements. The other schools got a way better spell- more damage over all. I'm not trying to complain, because it does LOOK really COOL. We already have poison, so now we have 2 spells that do the same!! We needed a high damage spell in ONE HIT- not 3 rounds! Good luck death and PVP! I don't see how our new spell is going to help us at all :(
