Whenever I go anywhere, especially mushu and dragonspire, the screen starts flashing dark and light and normal. some times when i look at the mountains in mushu and dragonspire, they start getting shoter and shorter and they turn black and the sky goes dark. Is this just my computer, is this something from kingsisle messup, or have any of you experienced problems like this?

When my myth wizard surrounds himself with the circle, adding +25% or some such, the top of the screen flashes white briefly. I know this is not part of the graphics of the spell as it is a rectangular area and covers most of the top half.

YES! This happens to me too!!!!!!! I have no idea what it is or how to fix it, just saying you're not the only one. My friend has it too, he said it's because there's so many people online? Not sure...

It's reasons like this that we have a 'Contact Help & Support' option.

We have the tech support you need, but we need more information from you.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding technical game or account matters, please send an email to: support@wizard101.com.

The email you send from should be the same as the email on your Wizard101 account.

Please include your account username and a DxDiag.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.

If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
