Is he bugged or something.He always gets the same pip as you. Example if you get a power pip he does. If you start with 2 power pips so does he. Is that what is supposed to happen?
It doesn't really matter how many pips the crab king gets. He only throws one pip spells anyway. He doesn't seem to use all the pips he gets so no biggie.
