my parental password is mest up my email is deleted so i cant change any thing at all what do i do?????????????

You contact customer support. There's a Help & Support tab on the left of the website, and at the bottom of that page is a Contact Us form.

You must include your account username in all communications with Wizard101 and KingsIsle. Never give anyone your password, even us!
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
